Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We’re so confident that you’ll love your watch that we will happily provide you a refund within 5 days of receipt (based on tracking information), provided that the item has not been worn and is its absolute, new and original condition.
To start the refund process, simply email info@bremoir.com. You will be responsible for the costs of return shipping, which should include the following b a tracking number + signature, and insurance for the full value of the watch.
Once we receive and inspect the watch, we will issue a refund or offer you an exchange. We reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee and an additional shipping, duty or customs fees not covered in the return.
Servicing & Repairs
Just like the engine in your car, the movement of your watch is a complex, mechanical machine that needs regular service and proper care. If your watch is running fast, slow or not at all, it probably needs to be professionally serviced. If this time comes within your 2-year warranty, please send the watch back to us and we will have it serviced/repaired for you at no cost. Please refer to the above Warranty section of these Terms & Conditions to ensure your watch qualifies.
